Nominations Gippsland Board open
Nominations for the Gippsland Region Board, GBR committees and officer/coordinator positions are now open as outlined below. Members should be aware of the election/nomination process and to allow enough time for nominations to be submitted prior to the deadlines.

- Directors x 6
Per Section 17 Elected Directors of the Region Constitution, nominations for Board positions must signed by a delegate or official representative from two member clubs. The closing date for nominations is Monday 10 May, 21 days before the Annual General Meeting on Monday 31 May at which the election of office bearers and directors will be declared.
Committees
- Competitions x 6 – three from each playing area
- Representative Sides (selection panel of 6 for each of Men’s and Women’s sides) – three from each playing area for each panel
- Junior Development x 6 – three from each playing area
Per Part 3- Committees of the Regulations, nominees must be proposed and seconded by members of Region clubs and be endorsed by their own member club. The closing date for nominations is Monday 17 May. At its meeting after the Annual General Meeting, the Board will consider all nominations and make appointments to the committees.
